Tyler had a very busy day today. He got to try to learn how to eat, he met his grandparents, he got an MRI, he got an ultrasound, and he still found time to sleep for about 20 hours. As for all the testing, we don't know anything different than we knew 5 months ago. What we do know if that he is presenting as a perfectly healthy little boy with good reflexes, a good appetite, and a sweet demeanor. Because his imaging studies are still abnormal, he'll get checked out by an ophthalmologist and an endocrinologist tomorrow just to cover all the bases.By far the highlight of his day was getting to spend some time with his grandparents. Granddaddy Rick managed to get here despite a minor fender bender a block from the hospital. Nana and Pap Winders made it the whole way without stopping at a Cracker Barrel. If you know them, you know that means they were in a BIG hurry! Gigi Jagoe got here the earliest and has been showering him with love and gifts since she got here. This kid is in serious danger of being just a little spoiled, but I guess that's what grandparents do.

Hey he just keeps getting cuter! It looks like Bridget and Jeff are really enjoying the grandparent thing. You may never get them to go back home. I bet Bridget is already thinking of a way to stay.He is precious. We will continue to keep you in our prayers and I can't wait to see more pics.
