Bluegrass Saturday

Things were very exciting for Tyler last weekend. In fact, I think it has taken him all this week to recover from all the excitement. Last Friday, we decided to pack things up and take a little road trip so Tyler could meet his uncle Shawn and Aunt Megan and be there for there respective graduations. Tyler is very proud of all the hard work they have put in over the last six years. We weren't really sure what to expect on the trip, but Tyler made it all the way to Lexington with only one meltdown. That was actually a few meltdowns less than his mommy or daddy had. He spent Saturday meeting his uncle and aunt and hanging out at the hotel with his Nana and Pap. Tyler had a lot of fun showing off his smile to his grandparents. He also got to see one of the most magical places in the world... Rupp Arena. Since he's going to be playing a lot of basketball there one day, we figured he should go ahead and get the place scouted out. TK finished his day hanging out in the park with his family and enjoyed watching his daddy and Uncle Shawn play on the swingset. All in all, Tyler said it was a pretty good Saturday. Right now, we're off to watch Tyler's friend, Braydon, play some baseball. When we return, we'll get the update from Sunday posted.
