So it may be just over a month since Christmas, but I have finally managed to get the remainder of the pics posted. All has been good here in January. Tyler now has six teeth that have made their way through his little gums. His smile is a bit offset with three on top and three on the bottom, but he has somehow maintained his cuteness. Right now, Tyler's least favorite thing in the whole world is sitting down. He's cruising all over the place and always wants to be somehwere else. That is making things a lot of fun for his Mommy and Daddy, seeing that we have be to six inches from him at all times so he doesn't fall and break his face. It think a helmet, faceguard, and some elbow pads would make life a lot easier on us right now. His most favorite thing in the world is the fan. He doesn't know who Mommy and Daddy are, but he sure knows where the fan is. It's a bit scary that we can already see he has inherited some stubbornness from one (okay, maybe both) of his parents. He loves to clap right now, but REFUSES to do so if prompted. Apparently, clapping takes place on his terms and his terms only. Also, he's starting to spit out some of his finger foods if we feed it to him, only to pick it back up and feed himself. I guess he's independent. We have temporarily moved bath time from the tub to the sink because he won't sit still in the tub, but would rather eat the faucet or just climb out. So, things are interesting here right now, but certainly never boring and always a ton of fun. Enjoy the last of the Christmas pics. As previously stated, if you saw him at Christmas and didn't make the blog, we either don't have photographic evidence or you had your eyes closed or something in your teeth.

Tip for the day: Enjoy now...it gets better! Wait until he's 15 (and bigger and taller than you). I was told, "Enjoy them while they're young!" Now I know why; so I'm passing the suggestion. Before you know it, you will be bypassed for the I-phone, text messages, and Facebook, and again they want to be everywhere (that you don't want them). Yet as you know, being a parent is the greatest gift from God! Love ya all! Hang in there!
